The Personal Assessment
1. Complete our online meal prep questionnaire. This will allow you to provide all the detailed information about what like and how you prefer your food, along with any allergies need to be listed.
2. We will then use this information to create you a personal flavorful meal plan that will be approved by you via email before scheduled cook date.

Billing
The FULL payment of the professional fee is always billed 48 hours in advance to Cook Date. Grocery separate expenses are billed 24 hours prior to Cook Date.
Grocery Shopping
One of the best aspects of working with Alliyah Savéur - We’ll do ALL the grocery shopping for you! Can you even imaging the time you’ll get back from not grocery shopping?!

Cook Day
Once groceries are purchased your food will be prepared fresh and hot. Then cooled, packaged, labeled and then delivered to your home on scheduled date and time.
