How It Works!
Tell Me all about your upcoming trip!! We’ll discuss:
- The number of guests.
- Any dietary preferences, allergies, or specific requests.
- Your weekly schedule: which meals you'd like us to prepare (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) and any days you'll be dining out or on excursions.
- Special occasions or events you'd like to celebrate during your stay—whether you're envisioning a formal dinner or a casual gathering.

- Based on the information gathered during our consultation, we will craft a customized menu for your group. This menu will reflect your preferences and accommodate any dietary needs.
- Once you approve the menu, we'll provide a detailed quote for our services and finalize your booking.

Step 3: Sit Back & Relax
From here on out, all you need to do is relax and enjoy your vacation.
We handle everything:
- We do all the grocery shopping and arrive at your vacation rental fully prepared.
- We’ll coordinate with you daily to confirm your preferred dining times for each meal.
- We prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to your schedule.
- After each meal, we handle all cleanup and ensure your space is tidy.
Step 4: Additional Services
- For retreats or business groups, we can provide additional snacks throughout the day, keeping the fridge stocked with drinks and snacks.
- Please note that while we handle all food-related needs, you’ll be responsible for providing any alcohol you wish to have on hand.
- Once you approve the menu and quote, we'll send over the contract and invoice. After everything is signed and paid, you’re all set!
- From this point forward, you're on autopilot. Just focus on relaxing and making the most of your time together while we take care of all your culinary needs.
Step 5: Finalize your Booking
Daily rate for your private vacation chef and one assistant for 3 meals per day.
** Deposit for groceries is billed upfront. A separate expense**
